Part-time Online English Teacher

at Beijing Jinzai Lingjuli (Hioffer) (Anywhere)

Primary Responsibilities

Create an energetic educational climate for students to learn in.
Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a wide range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies
Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen in English
Observe and evaluate student’s performance.
Maintain good and friendly relationships with the students and onsite teachers (if available), so that they can communicate openly with the teacher
Prepare accurate records of student progress and distribute required grade reports.
Maintain high speed internet or relevant technology to support seamless online instruction

passion for education and students, even through the online platform (which can be more challenging than traditional face-to-face classrooms)


• Bachelor’s Degree
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate preferred
• At least 1-2 years teaching experience gained online or in classroom preferred
