Librarian Media Specialist (Grades K-12) need in Ningbo International School,Start August2024

Benefits:
Employee salary and benefits shall be taxed according to domestic accounting practices
and in accordance with all relevant government regulations.(28K-35K)
Master's degree Stipend:
The School will be provided the stipend, degree must be directly relevant to teaching role.

Responsibilities:
Library Management:
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school library, including cataloging. organization, and maintenance of physical and digital resources.
- Create and maintain a welcoming. well-organized, and inclusive library space that encourages reading and research
Curiculum Support
-Collaborate with teachers and curriculum coordinators to align library resources and programs with the school's curiculum.
- Assist students in locating and accessing resources for their academic needs and personal
interests.
Information Literacy:
-Develop and implement information literacy programs to teach students research skills, critical thinking, and effective use of digital resources.
-Conduct library orientations and workshops to support students and faculty in using thelibrary effectively.
Collection Development:
- Assess the library collection to ensure it remains relevant, diverse, and up-to-date.
-Work with the school administration to budget for and acquire new materials in various formats, including print and digital resources.
Technology Integration:
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends and assist in integrating digital resources and tools into the learning process.
-Manage and maintain digital platforms for library services and e-books
