1. 25 teaching hours, 5 office hours and 6 work days per week
2. students range from 3 to 18.
3. 5000-7000Rmb per month.
4. 5000Rmb for air fee allowance and 22200RMB for travel allowance per year
5. free apartment either in and out the school
