JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be the primary Counselor ( Homeroom teacher ) for one age-group of pre-schoolers.
(about 20 per class) to teach and take care of children, Counselor will teach theme,
phonics (English Language Art). PE, music/arts during the day.
Show particular care to individual developmental needs and track progress.
- Create a warm, lively, safe environment.
- Decorate and maintain classroom according to monthly theme.
- Communicate with parents at scheduled venues (interpreter provided).
- Continue to grow professionally and improve quality of service to youngsters,
Innovate through contributions to the Counselor Team to better learning
- Native-speaker of English (nationality: USA, UK, Canada, Australio, New Zealand,
SA), or oversee Chinese with western education background.
- Undergraduate degree (Certified) or above in early childhood development,education or
related fields.
- 120 hours certified TEFL Certificate or 2 years' related teaching in early child
education.
- Desire and able to love, manage and educate young lives.
. Teachable attitude, stable emotions, willing to receive instruction.
- Hard working, high energy. easy-going with adventurous spirit.
. Committed to the contract length, and determined to be professional.
Teaching credential or similar certification.
- Classroom experiences; high creativity, activity organization.
- Experienced and able to teach Kindergarten (Pre-K) to Grade 1 level
-Excellent salary: Range from RMB 20,000/month-30,000/month
- 1 extra month pay for working for summer camp
