One native Homeroom Teachers Needed in Shanghai Kindergarten
Location: Shanghai, Xuhui District,
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our kindergarten in
Shanghai as Homeroom Teachers. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the
learning journey of our young students.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Embodying the schoo's philosophy throughout the day
Teaching English Literacy and various subjects according to the curriculum abjectives
Planning and implementing engaging lessons
Collaborating effectively and respetfully within a team environment
Assisting in decorating classroom and communal areas
Daily communication with parents via our designated communication app and in person during
drop-off and pick-up times
Contributing to WeChat articles, outlining lesson content and objectives monthly
Preparation of students' progress reports at the end of eachterm
Willingness to participate in occasional weekend activities to support school promotion and
enrollment (preferred)
Start: time: February 2024
palary: 22-27k RMB before tax
Housing allowance: 8k RMB
Paid annual leave: 11 weeks
Sponsored work visa
Airfare allowance upon completion of the contract
Health and Accident Insurance
Provided lunch (cooked on-site)
Full pay for all of National Holidays
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc or above), PGCE or QTS holder, preferably in Education or Early
Education
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
TEFL, CELTA, or TESL certificate
Native-level proficiency in English
Working Hours:8:00 AM - 4:30 PM,
Monday to Friday
