China ESL job

Responsibilities:
To provide the best possible teaching and learning processes and environment for the students;
To improve students achievements and performance in the class as well as in extra curriculum activities;
To accustom students to western teaching style and improve their performance in relative exams;
To facilitate the attainment of each student’s full potential and develop non-academic as well as academic skills via the teaching of the subject;
To teach predominantly at AS and/or A2 level;
Effective classroom management and efficient organization of resources
To work effectively as part of a teaching team and with other teachers based in the same school;
To work under the supervision of academic director of the international division of the school;
The teaching language is English.

Requirements
A recognized education degree/diploma or other teaching qualifications;
Excellent command of English abilities, including listening, speaking, reading and writing, an English native speaker is preferred;
Experience in teaching post 16 students in A Level, IB or AP programs is preferred;
A track record of excellent teaching with well developed subject knowledge;
Experience of working with ESL students is a plus;
For non-education major, a master or doctorial degree is a plus.
Hard working, responsible, patient, energetic, humorous, and detail oriented;
