China ESL job

Responsibilities:
To manage the entire teaching team of the international division of the school.
To design and adjust the curriculum and teaching schedule of A-Level courses.
To drive teachers’ potentials and to energize them to perform professionally and excellently.
To interview and select teachers for teaching openings and to review performance of teachers.
To cooperate with other parties of the international division and the local high school division to contribute to the smooth and sound operations of the entire school.
To involve in the students recruitment process and drive better outcomes.
Students' average score for each subject of A-level exams will be one of the main indicators for this position’s performance appraisal.
To teach at least 1 subject of A-Level courses.

Requirements:
A recognized education degree/diploma or other teaching qualifications;
Master degree or above, education or management major preferred.
Native English speaker.
International school/college/university management experience at least 5 years. Management experience at a school in China is a plus.
A-level/AP/IB/GAC and such international courses management experience preferred.
Teaching experience with ESL students is a must.
Outstanding skills in communication & organization & coordination.
