Job Description
 
School Type： Daycare/Preschool – Full Time   
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Times: 8:00 – 17:30
Location: Chengdu, Gao Xin District
 
Description:
 
- Following the center policies and teacher’s handbook
- Being punctual, tardiness is not tolerated
- Executing the daily lesson plans and following the daily schedule
- Teaching, engaging, and playing with the students from 8:30 – 17:00
- Helping students with washing hands, toilet training, diaper changing when necessary
- Cleaning and keeping the classroom tidy
- Consistent parent communication about student progress and development
- Preparation of lessons in advance
- Managing and organizing the supplies needed for the center on a monthly basis
- Working closely with the teaching assistant and being a team player
- Participating in school activities and events either during school hours or after school hours including: holiday activities, team activities, and or team meetings
- Being accountable for all the students’ safety during school hours.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
- Candidate should have related work experience with 2-6 year old children for a minimum of 1 year.
- Candidate should have graduated university majoring in education or related.
- Full day daycare and or pre-school experience is preferred.
 
Native English speaker Compensation/Benefits:
 
- 5-6 weeks of paid holidays
